New ignition switch fixed the issue. There is no glow plug relay on my tractor.

Wiring is good as far as we can tell and we can hear the fuel pump. Tomorrow I will order or pick up a switch and post the results.

This just started happening. With key off and removed the glow plug light is on and I verified there is voltage going the glow plugs. The only way to stop voltage going to glow plugs is to disconnect the battery. The engine will not crank when the switch is turned all the way. Bad ignition switch?
