My dealership never said anything about checking the fan belt every 10 hours or so,but from now on I will. My friends that have the bx line of tractor. They just don't have any problems. That's why I got one. It's been in the shop twice. Thanks for your replies.

Today my fan belt came off. I didn't know it tell the temp lite came on. I shut it down and headed to the dealer. My tractor is 2 months old and 22.3 hours. I have friends that have Kubotas that have 600 plus hours and never had a problem with them. The fan belt didn't break it just came off...

Today the fan belt came of my bx2670. I shut the engine off just when the temp lite came on. It's got 22.3 hours on it. This is the second time that it's been in the shop. I have had it 2 months. I have friends that have kubotas longer then 10 years. That's never been in the shop... l'm not...

No damage was done

The dealership found a pin that had back out of one of the idler gears in the front end. I think it was the top gear of the 4 where the drive shafts goes into the front.

When I hear back from the dealership I will post the findings.

I have a new bx 2670 with 5.5 hours on it. I was driving it across the yard in 2 wheel drive. I felt the tractor jurk and slow down. I looked at the front wheels saw no movement. So there I set. It will go back to the dealership next week. Has this happen to anyone?
