Looks good to me. I just did something simular but went with R4's instead. Carlisle 12.4-16 track chief I-3 rear with a Carlisle 5.70-12 track chief front. It gives me a 5.4% lead, which will be fine for my applications. There are several people who have posted a 7% lead with no problems.

Have you tried cleaning out the filter. There is a fine mesh screen filter on the right side of the PTO. that is a unknown culprit for weak hydraulics
