    OK, I think all I need is to y-connect those two lines into one and run it to the return. That is what I was thinking. Just never hook up a 3-line connection. Thanks for the help.

    So that's maybe why they have those two connected together. I was afraid it would cause a back pressure on the backhoe. That would make sense. The Massy has a way to have the hydraulic on all the time. It's on the lever that lifts the 3-point hitch. You pull it over and go all the way up or back.

    I was thinking I could hook up a Y-splitter and run both lines to the return. But I think one of the lines is under higher pressure than the other. Not sure what that would do?
