Years ago I demo'd a double wide mobile home on a piece of land I bought using hand tools and my pickup truck after weakening interior and exterior walls enough to collapse it. The only big issue with using your tractor I can think of is the plethora of nails and sharp bits that will be an issue...

I purchased a blade for the bucket with my BX when I bought it because I have seen the abuse buckets take without them on smaller equipment and the BX loader bucket is pretty light weight in spite of all the work it is capable of. I prefer the traditional straight edged blade type to a ripper.

I welded mine on the ends of my BX23s. Very handy and cheap and I'm not a good welder. I just pick using both sides hooked up as a rule if possible so as not to put too much stress on one side of the bucket and warp it.

That's a nice looking bucket blade. It's a must have IMO if you plan to do any real work with a bucket on concrete or any hard surface. Money well spent.
