Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

Just got a reply. Stated they source out to their specs. Wouldn’t say where. Also stated they have their own engineers and support staff. Probably china or India or anywhere cheap labor can do it.

Is anyone Monitoring Their Hydrostatic Oil Temps During the Past Few yrs of Elevated Summer Temps?

I don’t worry on stuff like that. I have insurance to deal with it IF it does damage my tractor.

    More snow to follow.......

They are calling for 70’s this weekend. Time to put away the winter tools. If by chance it does snow, send the bill to SAR. He started it!

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

I just shot off a email to farmery to see what they have to say. The machmaxx is $1499, which seems to be the cheapest.

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

Bet your 2380 would handle that with no issues. Sine the BX line is 48 inches wide, am looking at that 53 inch Farmery. Still trying to find out if they buy chinese junk and slap there name on it or a legit business. Bonnyslope, have you tried cutting your lawn with your Betstco?

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

Reviving this thread. Am still considering a flail mower for my 1880. From what I have read, mechmax is cheap Chinese junk. Came across a farmery. Anyone know anything about this company or its equipment...

    BX2380

I have 2 sets for my 1880. The turfs that came with it for cutting grass. Larger R4’s (for the 23S) for winter duty. The don’t make R4’s for the small rims that come with the 1880. Not exactly fun but I get about 4 inch lift with the larger tires. I don’t fill the tires. Works fine without. I...

    BX2380

My BX does fine mowing about 2 acres out in the country. I leave my loader on but remove the bucket. Have the quick attach. Don’t get a BX without the loader. Won’t be worth much if you try to sell it later. You can unmount it until needed. One thing about the BX line of tractors is they all...

    Turning with a flail mower

Do they make wheels for flail mowers? From my view, they won't stick out as far as a rear mower.
