Thanks for the tip! I'm outside Moscow and the next time I'm in the valley I'll have to swing in. It looks as though they might also be able to build a custom set too. I had an old set from a Subaru that I bodged to fit, but the plain round wire didn't hook up real well on my bobsled chute...

Yeah I've had to do that myself a couple times but only with ladder chains. I'm still hopeful I can find some diamond pattern and I have to think those are a bit more fiddly. It's also good when they are at least reasonably close to begin with.
