I'm not a fan of sub-compact tractors, but it seems about right for your needs. My neighbor has a GR2120 and I am impressed. It is 4wd, and he effortlessly blows 12" of snow. It will do all the tasks you describe and put a smile on your face. That said, I think you might reconsider the value...

Engage and disengage the PTO at the lowest RPMs possible. I often leave the blades spinning when going to another area, unless it is over 1/4 mile away.

I don't understand why you don't consider this design. You can see in the video how well it works.

I agree that a roller or cultipacker helps with soil/seed contact. The thing is, it needs to be waaaay heavier than your latest plan. Did you watch the videos I posted? That is a pretty decent DIY roller/cultipacker.
