The saga continues... As Dave and Shelko suggested I checked the fuses. Sure enough the top most 20 amp had a broken terminal! I replaced it and the machine fired right up! Then the new fuse melted. Tried another and back to square one. I removed the cowling and located the solenoid. Looks easy...
