We were a bit too far North to see the snow but the low temps are here, t'was 14° this AM.

It is amazing to see what happened even 30 miles South of us. To see snow in New Orleans and across the Gulf of America region is unthinkable.

That Rhode Island Red hen is diggin' it though. Who knew they'd like cold weather and yet are so heat tolerant in summer. Learning a lot about chickens, especially chicken math.

This one kinda reminds me of "The Gods must be Crazy". I LOVE that movie, but the missus says it's just stupid, not funny. I laughed till I hurt from the time the pilot threw the coke bottle out of the window until the little native finally threw the evil thing (the coke bottle) off the end of the earth which looked remarkably like Victoria Falls.
