The person trying to help you is a skilled person with access to many resources. Therefore, most other members will just stay out of the way unless they have specific knowledge about your situation.
He has asked twice for the serial number of the VEHICLE not the engine. With that vehicle serial number he will be able to identify which specific engine you have. The serial number of the engine is NOT that helpful since Kubota doesn’t track that serial number in their manuals or parts list.
I suggest that you provide the serial number for the UTV and you may even want to place the name like with the “at” symbol in front like this

Since that person (NIW) is a moderator and it is spring in Idaho he may be very busy and not able to read everything that is posted so that alert will help him see you provided the information he required.
You should see a bell in the upper right corner and a red circle with a number that is the alert from above.
I know nothing about your problem so would not comment on that but do recall seeing a Subaru engine being discussed for poor performance
