That’s a crazy looking thing on the Farmall in your profile pic. The trip bucket loader on our H is pretty strange by today’s standards, and I’ve seen some pretty creative attachments in the Farmall section of antique tractor shows. Don’t think I’ve ever seen whatever the thing is draped over your Farmall. What is that?

That’s a picture of it in the garage i found It in. It was going to scrap so i saved Her and brought it home. It runs and all. Needs two new rear wheels. They are gone from the calcium. Other than that i didn’t get a chance to research the loader yet. But it was too cool to let go

That is the craziest looking tractor loader I’ve ever seen (and it has plenty of competition). Would have been a real shame for it to be scrapped. That thing is awesome!

Wagner was a pretty big name in aftermarket loaders for tractors in that time period.

Well.... After moving the rocks to the culverts I decided I needed to regrade and try grass. So we moved all of the rocks from them and took them to the pond, which I had planned on doing anyway. It was hot and humid. Luckily my son was not in class and he loves a good workout.

I couldn't resist....Seriously, you're so lucky she will do that trimming....

Just be mindful of those deep trenches and potential for collapses....
RCW,

Yes sir. I know I'm lucky. She worked with me when we had the landscaping side business...she quit on me a few times, but always came back to help.

Regarding the deep trenches... for sure. I don't dig the real deep ones as I just don't have enough experience yet. If I get deeper than 4 feet, I always step them back. I certainly don't want to hurt anyone...that would be bad considering my wife is also the GM for the company that I do the digging for.

Finally got some tractor time, well wrench spinning time anyways, the rona has kicked my ass past few weeks. Got most of my summit 3rd function installed. Gotta order 2 90* elbows to correct some haggard hose routing. Other than that, easy install just like the LX was.

Nice! What do the control switches look like? I don't see them on the loader control.

I said I got most of it installed... Lol. I despise electrical, so it’s waiting till another day. Once the 90’s for the lower side of block come in, I’ll finish everything up. Maybe.

Here is the knob with buttons.

Amen... That whole 'money thing' slows down my completion rate!! I told my wife if I had an unlimited budget I could get all my projects done in a week!

With the AC working again, I have been rapidly finishing up my firewood hauling for winter 2022-23.
Been cutting mostly blighty beech .
The first shot was taken amidst some of 2021-22's supply.
2nd shot looking back at the stacks.

awful day today with the mini. I stopped taking pictures after I hit the first line...

But, there were more to follow, unfortunately. First pic was of how far away I was from the utility markings (broken line is just at the edge)....so, I figured that they were off by 3 feet. NOPE, they just didn't bother marking that one at all! You know what they say about ASS_U_MPTIONS.

So 3 cable lines (from two different companies) and I "tickled" a tel-com line.

Anyway, I was trying to be careful but the ground was so friggin hard (hard clay) that I had to use all the digging force I could muster to get it to dig. When that happens, you don't feel shyt (not that you could "feel" any of the lines devoid of conduit.

Today sucked...with a heat index of over 100 just to remind one that you are never in "control". Just glad that they weren't electric or gas.

What are those bits in and near the drill…curious…

Sorry you hit stuff…I hate that when I hit stuff I buried years/decades ago. I have a map of darn near everything underground and have been getting better about not hitting stuff these days…

I tore up a yellow jacket nest or some other biting insect that had a nest in the ground, and didn't get attacked. It is nice to have a cab when you have to evict the problem bugs. They were extremely agitated, and swarmed the Kubota, and as I drove off, they all went their separate way.
