Amazing restoration! That looks better than new. Kubota will probably want it for their museum.:)

fantastic job ..... I bought a 3rd B7100 today - the price was to good to pass up.
1008 hours - PO placed 5 hours on it in the last 3 years.... had records of all work.
Better that your starting pictures.... no where like yours now!!!

Was my first Kubota and I bought it new. Hydrostat 4wd with the turf tires. I should have kept it. Had a nice mower deck too. Oh well, 10 Kubota's later and I have the 2 M9's.

I have to say that I never had any issues with any of them.

Yes indeed that's a WOW job! how much time do you estimate it took over all?
it took 3 months. I am semi retired so I devoted quite a bit of time to it. The key to a nice restoration is complete disassembly, attention to detail, shop manuals and of course money.

Great job. Those are amazing little tractors. Mine is a 1978. Got the ROPS kit from Kubota a cpl years ago. There's some great folks on here pointed me in all the right directions on my restore. Amazing how many folks own 7100's.

You clearly have a lot of talent and have coupled it with a lot of knowledge. What an amazing looking restoration. I've seen a lot of folks who will buy a tractor intending to fix it up, do 2 or 3 things then lose interest and it never gets done. I admire when I see this level of craftsmanship and dedication to actual completion, to the smallest of details even. It says a lot about the kind of person you are. Gonna go back up and enjoy those pics one more time. Hats off to you, I hope you enjoy what you've accomplished.

I saw this thread when you first posted and had no reply yet. I was gonna jokingly say BS as those restored pictures were from when you bought it new. Glad I didn't cause as other have pointed out it probably never looked that good when new. I am amazed at your restoration job.
