I am not sure you are aware but that is an all too common form of domestic spousal abuse you are suffering from
…it is done to hobble us (sort of like Kathy Bates did in Misery…but much much worse since it involves our tools and whatnot) and make us dependent on them. Only solutions I have found is 1. to add an extra machine(s) and tools in case one is ever hidden from us, and 2. don’t make the shop too open and inviting to the point a ne’er-do-well would consider coming in to see if anything they could use or relocate. (Why do my Milwaukee tools wind up in the sewing room…did the dog or cat put them there? )
