I emailed Summit yesterday about this and asked what they recommended, and whether their valve could run the BH continuously without damage if I used the rear remotes to run the BH and just got their response.

"I am unsure how you would accomplish this with the current wiring harness that you have but the valve is capable of continuous flow without damage. You would need a switch that will constantly actuate the spool as your current switch is only when you are pressing the button."

Maybe it would be safest to use the rear remotes and put a rocker switch between my valve and the battery, bypassing the momentary switch?

I do still wonder if it will really be safe to run for hours with the valve solenoid actuated

Just more heat znd restricted flow.

Your biggest problem is reimforcing the 3pt so you dont rip the tractor apart with digging forces.

Roger that. I have read a bit about that and will be careful using it. This wont be something I use daily, just few things here and there, thats why I couldnt justify the cost of a BH77.
I will look at it and see if I can fix the 3pt mechanically. Will take some thinking
