That is what this is really for. Especially if you're cutting for hay. Lower hp draw then a flail also, but at over $5k with tax it was quite a bit more then a flail.

Yes HT 1000 is the specified oil along with the filter changes. First change at 250 hours. I was told it has special additives for the Parker drives. I know nothing about the specs and only use what is recommended in the equipment I buy and only post what is recommended online when someone asks.

My Z726 drives call for the Parker oil that is like 30 bucks a quart. Dealer said for warranty it should be used at the required drain intervals. It is going to be expensive with a couple gallons a side.
