Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

I don't currently have a need to do any grading but I am going to look into the price of some remotes. What would stop a guy from running lines from the takeoff in the middle of the tractor of the front 3rd function to the back? Then just use the knob buttons for adjustment? Couple hoses and...

That's good to know on the bucket. I was hoping it wasn't thinner. I was quoted the kubota 3rd. From what I'm reading it seems like the best option so gtg there. I am getting spacers as well as rim guard. Thanks for the info.

Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

What attachments are you thinking of that my tractor could use that requires rear remotes? I just haven't seen any that I would need it for. I appreciate any suggestions. I am trying to buy once, cry once so I do want to get as much as I need.

I may have phrased that incorrectly. I have hills that are clay / gravel that I want to use for backstops. So essentially driving up to hills and scooping material.

Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

I have a back blade for the tractor already and I currently use a 4 wheeler and a plow with no issues. Bigger snow storms my father in law lives close and he plows us out but that only happened once this winter. We get strong winds and the majority of our driveway stays pretty clear...

Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

Luckily I have a large garage / pole barn I will be able to store everything in on pallets. Its just a gravel floor but its pretty flat. Plus, once I get the tractor I can fix any uneven spots. (y)

Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

I'm sure you are correct on the class 2. I am now looking into the pats system, its much cheaper and anything I have I will need to hook up the pto anyways so hooking up the top link shouldn't be a big deal. I am getting the 3rd function up front. The seat is already the upgraded one which is...

Help finalizing / clearing up a few things

I'm getting close to having to finalizing my tractor purchase and am hoping for some advice. I'm getting a LX2610 with a cab. First question is, should I get the land pride qh15 quick hitch? Its $600. I have looked at the speeco hitch as well as Titan. Both are around 1/2 the price. I understand...

LX2610 buying help - HP question

I was all JD until I priced a kubota after a lot of people who own one told me I should. The price difference was pretty staggering. Now I get a cab. 🙂

LX2610 buying help - HP question

I priced out the 3310 and don't think for my needs the juice is worth the squeeze. I hope I don't regret that decision but for now, that's what I'm going with.

LX2610 buying help - HP question

Hey everyone, I have decided to get the LX2610 with a cab. I just really think I want the cab now and you guys put my worries about being underpowered at ease. For what I am going to do with it, I think I will be just fine. I have some other questions I may post in a new thread. Thanks again for...

LX2610 buying help - HP question

Thanks for the info. Mostly staying away from the L series for ergonomic reasons, I like the arms rests, where the loader lever is etc. I don't plan on doing tall wet grass. Hopefully will have my brush hogging done before things get really green. Winter is rough but it stomps everything down...

LX2610 buying help - HP question

This is great to know thank you. Sounds like you gave it work out. Honestly, I would not be looking to do anywhere near 6 acres at a time. Good to know it works well.

LX2610 buying help - HP question

That's funny, I pretty much have the same exact scenario. We have 40+ acres of hay fields with paths around etc but a local farmer hays them. I was actually using my cub cadet rider for mowing the trails. I have some small areas that were pasture that have grown in I want to turn into food...

LX2610 buying help - HP question

That seems to be the general consensus, just have to go a bit slower. Realistically speaking I am not going to be using the cutter day in and day out and don't have large fields I need to do with this rig. Maybe 1/2 to 1 acre plots spread out over the property. I am thinking the added $4000...
