Am I picky or is this within "spec"? STB1072 plow

Took a look at 20 and 21. I can't see if those are installed without taking the nut off but the blade doesn't have any wiggle, besides the normal movement of the loader arms anyways. I did just measure from that bolt to the bottom of the bracket it goes though and both sides are very close, if...

Am I picky or is this within "spec"? STB1072 plow

This is very helpful. I'm pretty certain it is not the tractor. I also don't know how the qa on the tractor and the qa on the blade both line up with the tops of my loader arms perfectly and the blade is the only crooked thing, but it would be the tractor. I realize it is hard to see everything...

The qa plate and the plow are welded together. Even if I aired up one side so the plow hits flat across the ground the qa plate and the plow will still be crooked to each other.

I have been called very picky, many times in my life. So knowing you see what I see makes me feel better.

Never noticed anything crooked on my bucket or grapple. And when I say I never noticed it, I look all the time after using the grapple and make sure I didn't tweak anything. Tires are GTG. Checked them. I still think the tires have nothing to do with the qa plate and the plow it is welded too...

Looking at the difference in how the qa plate planes out with the blade, not how it lines up with the garage door. This pic may help to explain. See the pink tape sticking above the plow on the right while the left is "flush". The pink tape is on the qa mount corners.

Added some pink tape to the top of the qa plate. Maybe can see it better now. The qa plate sits straight to my loader arms. The plow is what seems to be crooked.

The garage door doesn't really matter its just a white background. The top of the qa plate on both sides should line up on both sides of the plow shouldn't it? Edit: re-read your post. Yes the plow is higher on the left side.

Please take a look at the other pic I posted showing the qa plate crooked to the plow blade. Tire pressure is gtg.

Shouldnt matter if the floor is level. Only matters if its flat, which it is. If the tractor is on the same floor the blade should still come down pretty flat. I dont think the tractor can self level, maybe a little. I posted another picture showing the qa plate crooked to the plow blade.

Maybe this picture will show what I am seeing. You can see the qa plate against the white background. Left side is just above. Right side is much higher. So the qa plate and the blade are not on the the same plane.

Am I picky or is this within "spec"? STB1072 plow

Picked up my new Stb1072 plow today. Noticed right away after getting it hooked up it looks crooked from the cab. Parked in garage with right side touching the concrete and the left side is 1 1/2" off the ground. Quick attach plate and loader arms look very straight to the brush guard. I'm...

    Anyone heard of Ignite Attachments?

Just took a look at that blade. Looks pretty nice. Quite the jump in price though and I pretty much only use it for snow removal.

    Anyone heard of Ignite Attachments?

That's good to hear. Any reviews I did find seemed positive but you never know. I'm surprised there aren't more people reviewing their products.

    Anyone heard of Ignite Attachments?

Shopping for a new back blade and came across Ignite Attachments. Wondering if anyone has experience with them. The 84" back blade seems to built alright and says made in the USA. Has offset capability. Price seems pretty good as well. Can't really find any decent reviews / videos on them...

    Might upgrade rear blades.

500 for a blade? I have been looking for a used one for the last 4-5 months and the only ones I see that are 500 bucks are pretty old and rusty. Where are you seeing these blades? I found a dealer 1.5hrs from me who has a RB1684 in stock for like $1400. My two dealers that are a little closer...

    Might upgrade rear blades.

I got quoted a bison brand from a different dealer then I usually go to. I've never seen them though. I'll have to looking them. My normal dealer doesn't have any land pride and said they may see some in March. Which does me no good. Haha.
