N.Y,
It's fine, you should see his solar wiring, and the stuff he tries to run off it.

Actually, you might want to check out how he's able to write decent English and this thread is pretty much a con-job of OTT members, it's not like he hasn't pulled the schame schtuff (with better English) other places:

I just ran it for about 30-45 minutes
When it started cold, there was some oil pressure reading on the gauge (3 or 4 bars)
Then, after warming up, oil thinned, and gauge went down and the machine shut down
My theory: there are leaks all over the engine, causing the oil to lose pressure
What is your theory?

At this moment, the 3 big things I am trying to figure out (feel free to critique/give advice):

1. I want to build a metal frame around the exposed wheel well. My plan: Build a metal structure out of square tubing (1/2'' size), then use either metal or aluminum sheeting and fasten it to the metal structure, then spray rustproofing above the tires onto the new metal to seal it up from the weather

2. Locate the proper aluminum that will be used to cover the burned aluminum to seal the body of the airstream

The right way to go with this one is maybe to go with whole other airstream that is donor unit, like someone mentioned

The cost of aluminum nowadays, it might be cheaper just to get a whole other airstream

3. Windows: The cost of one airstream window is more than I paid for the entire airstream
My plan: Get similar sized windows from facebook marketplace/craigslist and fit them into the holes

Yes I am listening, no more hard hammering on small areas, it is pretty much good enough at this point, If I do more hammering, it'll be on 2x4 or 2x6 to spread the pressure

Decided to pressurize gasoline instead of lacquer thinner to save costs
Hit it with the gasoline, wipe it clean
Hit it with the stripping paste, let it sit for 3 minutes max
While it is still wet, hit it with the 3M 7 inch stripping disc

Not good idea to hammer on aluminum
One slight tap, and the aluminum falls apart, stopped immediately
Tried to find a nut that would fit that crevice, no luck
I do not want to damage that part, its mostly good except for one little seal
Better to maybe order a kit that has a bunch of those "bearing nut wrenches"
Or maybe order the exact one
Or another idea: that that part with me to the parts store until I find a nut/part that will fit in there

From that image, I am hammering the gear side, not the spline side
Maybe once I start hammering on it, I'll figure it out
Had a tough time finding anything other than HEx ....
until I relized that most water fittings are octo....
So a hose repair from your local ace might be solution...
So it looks like he is click bait paid by by the sites to get views and revenue from a site up?
And here I was feeling sorry for him. That trailer looks like he tried learning to weld aluminum with a torch on it. Probably has a mansion on the other side of the fence 🏯 🤫.

Head is spinning so much I better stop now and lean back and relax...LOL...but true...LOL

One video throws the "mig can't weld big steel" right out the door.

Interesting video. I watched it all but near the end when he was welding on the 2 v shaped pieces I noticed he was using that needle scaler to remove slag like you would normally see on stick welding.

Any idea what mig process that was that has slag?

Do NOT attach welding leads to the battery terminals of an EV.
Same as talking on your cell🥰 instead of giving attention to putting things where they belong before zipping your pants. 😭 , you'll not do it again.

So... the patch on the engine block is still holding?
‘I totally forgot about that😎

This thing has wondered all over the place…to the point of obfuscating the original idea of JB Welding an engine block. Gotta love it.

I think it's the ONLY thing holding.
I think this is because the glued block is sitting somewhere in the yard and he used a different block for the "robot". But after 1272 posts it could well be that I lost track and that I am wrong.

If I am right though I wonder how many more posts it will take until the JB weld block finds any action and we finally find out if this is a viable option for closing a hole in an engine block.

p.s.: just checked, the thread started May 20th 2024, less than a year ago, so there is still hope that I will see the result during my remaining life time.

Know that you are playing a game! Joe is playing this group like a fiddle!!!

Read post by WI-_Hedgehog (post 1258) and Sidekick (post 1263). You will discover all the bird sh-t welds are on purpose to get feedback to his account. He displays various skills and shows various equipment to ask questions about to keep a conversation going on various forms, Skid Steer forum, Tacoma forum are two examples. He has more tools and welders then he wants you to know about.

Notice frequently at end of Joe's comments he says, "fill free to critique/give advise". That is an invite to keep the conversation going.

I would suggest a moderator lock this thread to keep from perpetrating this.

Wait! I need to understand more!

What account is that?
If he were linking to YouTube and there were commercials that he profited from, I would get that. But I don't recall ever seeing an advertisement related to this thread.

Appreciate if anyone will explain how Joe is profiting from this thread, except by pulling the wool over all our eyes. But it sure seems like a lot of work to do that with little if any benefit ...

I get the English usage part. In the beginning he was fairly fluent in his expression, and now expresses himself pretty poorly. Perhaps Joe does have mental problems, but other than for the satisfaction gained somehow, how does he profit from this thread?

Just an honest question because I have no idea...

Anytime someone clicks on this thread they are exposed to adds from advertisers that generate income for a site. The more people keep clicking, the more advertisement money the add company controlling the site makes. 100k clicks with maybe 10 adds presented on the page each click is probably worth $50k to Google or whoever is contracted by OTT. Some companies hire people to attract clicks. But that's what I read on the internet about ways to increase income 🤔.
I have been contacted about pushing my youtube revenue up by paying for A1 clicks and subscribers several times now and turned down the offers because I'm not really sure it's legal to generate views that way.

Well strike up the band and let's celebrate that piece of old news. What joe is doing was pointed out hundred posts earlier but it went in one ear and out the other.
Read post by WI-_Hedgehog (post 1258) and Sidekick (post 1263). Do you mean the part about click bait?

I would suggest a moderator lock this thread to keep from perpetrating this.
I would suggest members think for themselves instead asking moderators to decide what they should read, think and respond to.

Same as a Boeing 747 the details and dynamics of mind control is far above my pay grade but even if I understood it would be futile laying it out to anyone with less than a doctorate in psychology. From his first day on earth (following time in the garden) man has wanted to control and conquer all other men. Weapons of war have dramatically changed but the most effective one remains unchanged from that first day. MIND CONTROL! Mind control can conquer the entire world without firing a shot.

What is the value in joe's caper? Priceless in the hands of those teaching others the art of mind control. Others being advertisers, politicians ,war lords, scammers and behavioral doctors. So don't begrudge joe , tip your hat in recognition of his ability then look inward using this experience to recognize when someone is blowing smoke up your kazoo. Better still, recconize BEFORE rather than after they have started blowing it up your kazoo. If you go back to the beginning you can see who recognized it right off and hissed joe instead of playing his game by offering advice and how far in it was before others saw the light and stopped giving advice (if ever).

I guess I understand that. But how does that relate to Joe? I don’t see the connection. But it sounds like you’re saying that Joe is helping OTT which I certainly have no problem with…

I suspect your moral guide posts also play a part. So just do as you have been without questioning profits, count blessing that come your way and be able to look at yourself in the mirror. I'm proud of you🤝 ,more importantly so is your family and friends.
