Did I just get scammed on manual purchase

I just paid $29 to Kubota Manuals (https://www.kubotamanual.com/) for my L4630. Instructions said there was instant download. I got a receipt in my email. There is a "download" link in the receipt but it just routes me back to the Kubota Manual main page where it says "Purchase Item." I did a search here and didn't find anything about this website, etc...

Found a Better Business Bureau page that had complaints from people who paid and never got anything from Kubota Manual. (https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/tampa/profile/textbooks/tech-pubs-0653-90447533/complaints)

maybe check your 'downloads' or 'spam' or 'other places' on your computer ?
try contacting them through the 'contact us' link ?

Make sure you dont have pop ups blocked on your browser. Often times a pop up window will appear to download a pdf file. If you have a blocker enabled, the window will be blocked.

Has anyone successfully ordered from them? (https://www.kubotamanual.com/) I checked downloads, spam, popup blocker with no luck. I have emailed them at two locations, one in the "receipt" they sent and one on their main page.

There have been several complaints about them on this forum.

1) quick like a bunny ,see if you can get the CC charge reversed.....
2) call your dealer,see if they'll email you the wiring diagram. if local, take a flashdrive to them,some will dump WSM onto it for free...

OK, UPDATE: I got an email from Kubota Manual a few minutes ago with a link to the downloadable manual. Apologies for my being a bit cautious or over cautious. Hopefully no harm done. Funny thing is it came in after I took Greensvillejay suggestion and contacted my local dealer. They emailed me the whole workshop manual. That's not Kubota Manuals fault. I'll let the charge stay on my CC.

'we' expect stuff to happen PDQ over the internet,after all it's 'computers' running the operations....

One good thing about having the whole manual ,is that you can print off 1-2 copies of whatever you're working on and NOT get oil, dirt, grease all over a real hard copy manual.
