Well, I was going to list all the steps out but this YouTube video was spot on!


I was not getting the injector to fire on #3 so I pulled it apart. Thank goodness I did. It was so junked up inside, I’m suprised the other injectors even fired.

All and all not to difficult. Just keep your area clean and work through the steps on the video.

The O-ring is dust / dirt / water shield, not a fuel sealing device.
Getting fuel out of there means that the 050 sealing washer is leaking.
Either you didn't torque the delivery valve's to spec or the washers are deformed or damaged.

hmm good catch! I have been over and over the workshop manual you sent me and I can not for the life of me find where those specs are!
