Thanks for posting that.

I feel much better about my welds now! (y) 😂
For sure…I was wondering that was Hubba Bubba or Bubblelicious under that paint. I be really pissed to drop a couple grand to receive that on a pallet.

Well fraud is easy to prove, just ask everyone that did NOT get their equipment from EA after they fully paid up front !! If not 'fraud', it's still 'breach of contract',which is agin the law.
What does ease of fraud have to do with accusing someone of fraud, when there are absolutely no available facts?
The mere suggestion of Fraud against CTL is pure hate, by owner family name association, and could be considered libelous.

Yea all of that whole area, family and situation stinks of a huge scam / fraud!
Agree Ted has done much damage to the Corriher name and that likely isn’t restricted to him only, which is quite unfortunate for other Corrihers if undeserved. I would certainly consider buying from CTL if they had something I was looking for, but only if they were loading it on my flatbed while I was paying for it.

If you think the “whole area” stinks of a huge scam / fraud, I respectfully submit you have confused Catawba County, NC with Robeson County, NC (the private sector capital of fraud here) or Wake County (where the politicians be).

The fraud I was referring to was with respect to Everything Attachments. You'll find several posts in the 700+ here, of customers who paid in full, up front and waited MONTHS for their product only to find out that EA didn't deliver. The lucky ones did get their money back from CCs or paypal, so THOSE companies now have to try to get THEIR money back from EA. The unlucky ones, could sue for 'breach of contract' or whatever is the legal term. EA took the money and did not deliver the product. It's that simple.

given the choice to reply or teardown the MF TO-35 tranny for farmer friend, I chose the former. Sigh. So next 3 dayze, her tractor and I will get intimate in the garage(after I make room). Hoping I can get hers and mine inside together.

My guess, if this is like most cases, it will take months/years to work its way through the legal process with most things occurring out of view of the general public with the final agreement/judgment being announced at the end of the process.

Lawyers get paid by "billable hours" and they can rack up a lot of hours over the weeks and months leading up to the final solution. Justice is blind but I think it is just being cautious and taking tiny baby steps.

What do you think of the Homestead rake?
I like it! Seems to be really stout. The welds are good. I have not had a chance to really play with the gauge wheels yet. Other than using them to smooth some high crowning on my driveway. The real test will come later this summer when I have another 20 ton of recycled asphalt delivered. I plan on using the wheels to help spread a thin layer on the existing surface. The wheels use different shims to achieve the desired height.

Recycled asphalt is such great stuff, ......but wildly expensive in my area.

Recycled asphalt aka RAP, is great IF you keep driving on it. As there is no 'binder' ( 'tar' ) ,over time it'll go from 'firmly bonded to 'granual-pellety'. I had the shop driveway and parking lot done and it was great EXCEPT under the parked cars and tractors. There it 'broke down'' over a few weeks.
Now if you can get 'slag', a byproduct of steel making, that stuff is waay better ! Once compacted ,even a full size excavator will have 'fun' trying to break it up ! Problem is not too many steel plants anymore...
