L245DT seal leaking but No parts available - what to do?

Hi,

Seal number 6 below (37650-44580) is leaking on my L245DT and the dealer says that the part is discontinued.
I have the brass bushing that are discontinued too, but these ones I can have them made.
Is there anywhere else that I can look to find this part?

007kubotaguy may be your saviour.
First, he is often parting out older L's and second he know these machines.
Contact him using the envelope symbol at top right of most forum pages
Have you taken the seal to a bearing shop in your area. These people can often match bearings and seals.

I would not think number six is your problem. I would say number 19 in my picture is your issue. Pinion seal. Part number 09500-35528.
