I'm using my L2201 tractor for heavy trailer travelling on concrete, tar, hard soils, slippery roads, at present using agricultural tires, want to change it to RIB pattern tires, 400 x12 or 500 x12 which one excellent option, if 500x12 use there is a possibility for touch with tire rod, so using wheel spacers is good option or not and is it safe,

The general rule of thumb is no spacers on the front wheels. Too much extra stress on the front axle components.

I imagine this applies to 2WD tractors as well as 4WD or FWA tractors.
