I need a front rim for my Bx23

Has anybody else ever have a front rim start splitting and cracking where the center bolt plate is welded to the rim? Mine did. Now I need a front wheel. I Need to save money so a used one is fine. I'll paint it. Lawless

I have two with cut tires on them. Wheels are fine.
I'm in PA, I don't know about shipping them.
