update: overheat code was over 250 hours ago, so that has nothing to do with the issue. another dealer came out to look at the machine and found the common rail pump was making 0 psi of pressure (no clue how they could've missed that initially). bringing the machine to that dealer some time this week, will continue to update.

Other than that, they are probably great.
