Not sure but I can tell you this... I have a buddy that owns a body shop and they are certified Tesla dealers. I know if they are not towed "correctly" it causes big issues and may void the warranty. I lot of tow companies do not know how to do it "right".
Got a quote for $1205.69 to tow my Model Y to the service center that was 90.2 miles away. Borrowed the shops rollback instead(cost me $137.86 in fuel)((tank was not full, but, I filled it)).

Probably shouldn’t name the person quoted above, but I worked for him for about a year before I was able to escape.

You're 100% correct
My grammar is getting worse.
I blame the millennials I work with. 😁
I think I disagree...
"The wolf and the basket were never seen again."
"The wolf or the basket were never seen again."
Basically, the first implies that the wolf and the basket are together and they, together, were never seen again. The second implies that the wolf was never seen again and the basket was never seen again. Neither the wolf, n*or* the basket were seen again.

I'm real fun at parties, trust me!
