New to the site. So I have a 2015 b2650 with loader and backhoe. Got 24 hours on it and the exhaust makes the loader arm black with soot already. Anything I can do to the exhaust to redirect away from the arm?

Post a pic of the area with Soot Patenia. You may have other issues like your lugging her too much, something amiss or maybe it's just break in.

Been running it at 2100 rpm for break in and been using the backhoe for stump removal and clering land. It's not much soot. But just enough to notice it. Might just put a little 90 elbow and angle it down not sure

My B2620 get's it too. Always gives a puff when it starts. I just wash it off once in a while.

I have a new b2650 also. I am a retired heavy equipment operator 38 years. I know enough to never lug a diesel engine. Mine does the same thing. I think a lot of it is like the other person said the little puff when you first start it. Mine is in a heated garage and I always hit the glow plugs for several seconds. Plus it is diesel exhaust coming out now matter how clean they run there will be some soot.

put a measuring tape across the exhaust outlet. then you can go to a parts store or muffler shop and get a pipe. i wouldn't aim it at the ground. especially if the grass is dry...
