Took Denali to RuralKing to buy softer salt and mineral blocks for the wife’s deer. Not sure how they survived before we bought this property. He liked that these bunnies did not run anway. Sniffed a few times and off to the popcorn machine for his treat. After that we headed over to another town to have dinner and enjoy the company of friends and a good beverage. Denali was a bit tired post evening.

Been hot and humid.

bear - yeah, we’ve noticed more reaction to heat than the cold.

He isn’t a fan of heat at all. I understand that dogs with the pushed-in snouts have a harder time regulating their temperature than some others. All our Boxers have been that way.

We pay close attention to him to avoid hyper thermia.
