Pull the top pin out of the cylinders (yellow), can you move the three point arms?
If so then there is mechanically nothing wrong with the three point.
Loosen the fittings connected to the bottom of the cylinder (green) when moving the three point control does fluid come out of the fitting?
If so then there is mechanically nothing wrong with the three point.
