OrangeTractorTalks — Everything Kubota (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the community forum at orangetractortalks.com (“the Service”). We are not responsible for any user-generated content or accounts. Content submitted by users expresses the views of its author only.

2. Eligibility

This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, please do not register or use this Service.

3. Content Submission & Review

All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service (“Content”) may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit may be sent to third-party verification services for spam prevention purposes (see Section 5). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, your Content or conduct on the Service.

By registering, you consent to these checks being performed as part of the registration process. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any Content at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Requests for Content removal will be considered at our sole discretion. We may also terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or republish your Content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain full copyright ownership of your Content.

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via private message to an administrator or through the contact form on the site. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
