It’s from a Kabota tractor that I had to tear down so the block can be machined because they ran it low on coolant so it overheated and scarred the cylinders which caused the rings to stick to the pistons and it started burning oil like crazy

So I’m trying to get this pulley assembly off of a v3800 but I can’t seem to find the right tool to do it
