Also for the lights on the tractor I have them set up with a DPDT switch. So I can have them as the “low beam” is the front lights and “high beam” is front and rear lights. Just to save space for other switches.

Could be starving for oil. As in a collapsed suction hose or filter.

Fluid level? Might have a faulty relief valve. I’ll let some others chime in on the hydraulic side of it.

If the RPM’s are decreasing I would say it’s a fuel issue. How many hours on the machine? Up to date on service? Hydraulic fluid level correct?

What’s your RPM’s? Do the RPM’s decrease when digging like it’s struggling? Is this a new issue? Are you in low range pushing into a pile?

I’ll go with the flamethrower again. Burning them is not an option? What’s hurting them staying in the ditch? Anything more than a blower you are going to disturb the soil and have to constantly work on it to keep erosion under control.
