    A truck and trailer thread.

Kenny, what year is your Duramax? When I had my '03, I had an Edge Insight monitor with an added pyro to keep an eye on everything, and it would control the EFILive tunes. Late last year I picked up a '16 from a good friend who's had it since new. It had weight loss surgery with 2500 miles...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Jealous of you guys who burn wood and actually have trees šŸ˜†! I have 5 acres and all of maybe 3 trees, not counting the row of cedars that have grown up along the fence line/power lines. I have to really work for my wood!!

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Well, thankfully, yesterday was much ado about nothing for our neck of the woods. Some trees here and there, but my place didn't get hit hard at all. Max gust was in the low 30's yesterday according to the weather station. Stayed in the 60s until about 830 when the cold front moved it and...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Been a crazy few days of weather here in VA. Last Tuesday and Wednesday it was in the 80's, woke up Thursday to head to work in the 70s. When I left to come home at 8 am because my daughter was sick, it was 40, then by noon we had over an inch of snow on the ground and 30. By 4 when I picked my...

Box Blade - Top Link or Not for New Tractor?

Not that I've seen if you get cylinders with the appropriate ends that allow the articulation to occur. I have two rear remotes on my tractor, but only a hydraulic top link currently, but man it's come in soo handy. I'm going to add a tilt cylinder this year.

Box Blade - Top Link or Not for New Tractor?

A hydraulic top link is super handy with a box blade, lets you change how aggressive you're cutting right from your seat, not having to get on and off the tractor. Also makes installing and removing 3-point items tremendously easier, even more so with a quick hitch. @McMXi has a similar MX...

    Land plane

I pull a 6 foot, (really 76" )Catawba land plane behind my B2650, works like a dream! Weighs 637 lbs according to the spec sheet. Going faster than you think *within reason* seems to work better than just going slow, although I do need slow up in Medium when going up the hill of my drive way...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Haven't touched the tractor in about a month. We have had snow and then rain & snow melt for the last month, it seems. Supposed to warm up and dry out starting today and over the weekend. Hoping to get the land plane on the tractor and drag the driveway a few times. Also need to spend some...

    A truck and trailer thread.

Just little cutting and welding and BAM...all your stuff can be the same size.šŸ˜‰ I changed out my little utility trailer from 1-7/8 to 2" to match my car trailer. Now my new (to me) dump trailer is 2-5/16, but that might get changed to a lunete eye, not sure. But either way, I'm now in the...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I was fighting the same thing and would try my best to load the bucket, but it was such a light, sandy type of snow that once you broke the sleet layer, it didn't do much. I still haven't dug out back towards the barn and wood shed, that's this weekend's (excuse to get outside) project.

Ahh I see that now!! Great info, thanks!!

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I like the quick hitch weight additions. I might have to try something similar or stack some old dump truck drums on the blade if we get more this year.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

If you find a 7' for a good price, you can always add some weight to it if it's a lightweight blade. Also, if you find it's too big, you can always cut 6" off each side. I think a 6-foot with some offset ability would be perfect for our size tractors, though. The blade I have from my buddy...

    A truck and trailer thread.

Unless your wheels are very loose, I'm not fully convinced your rotors are moving; the holes look normal. We have a fleet of over 200 SuperDutys and I have been doing breaks on them for 20 years. I don't see anything abnormal, are there witness marks on the threads of the wheel studs? I'd be...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I wouldn't hesitate to grab a rear blade. You'll find another use for it, or sell it later on. My biggest issue with mine is that it's on long-term loan from a buddy who has no current use for it, but it's also 7' wide and very lightweight. With that snow we just had the B2650 had some rear...
