If grease come out of the seals, it's too much.
You should consult the Operations manual to know how much and how often, as they tested to set the baseline.

Operations manual says "Until grease overflows". Where do i look? Under the pullies? Under the deck? Estimate 20 seconds on each spindle with DeWalt 20 volt Max grease gun so far. Dont see anything. How much does it hold?
On many mower deck spindles there are bearings at the top and the bottom of the spindle. There is often a fairly large space between the bearings at the top and bottom of the shaft in the hub. That area needs to be filled with grease to get grease to both bearings.

OK. But where does the grease overflow at when its full? Do i have to remove the blades to check?
