Where is the “boom pin” ?

Had my B21 serviced professionally and upon return the boom part of the digger is locked up right. Shop told me the boom pin is on the floor near the controls, but damned if I can find it. Is it perhaps a Cotter pin? Appreciate any tips!

It's the boom lock pin.
Keeps the boom from falling, when unit is being traveled or parked.

Appears it is installed in your pic. It stows away in the floor of the backhoe in the area where your right foot would be during operation.

Thanks. Popped it out and put it back in the hole in the floor. I’m good to go.

I leave both pins in the backhoe whenever not in use, so the bumping/jostling the backhoe takes when off-road doesnt beat up the pistons and valves.
