AND, Here you have it sports fans......

I ordered the new decals today and then it will be done.

I think the last implement I need (read "want") is a rear 3-point scoop.
Not sure I "need" it, but it may come in handy and would be a good ballast box.
(yep that is my reasoning).

Next year though, first, is a pole barn of sorts, to store all this stuff out of the elements.

I sandblasted my 20 year old Brown 460 bush hog and painted it. I drove up to Ozark Al bought the paint, decal kit, and chain guards for front and back. I have worked the crap out of it. It is absolutely the toughest piece of equipment I have ever owned and now it is good for another 20 years. That 250 lb stump jumper stops at nothing.

Picked up a 3-Point Dirt Scoop over the weekend,
Has been on Craigs-List over a month,
owner was asking $225, got it for $165, :)
Made by a company called Southeast Mfg Co.
They were apparently out of Neodesha Kansas,
but I can not find any other information about them,,
Always nice to know a little history of who made my stuff.

It is the RIGHT color, but still needs some repainting :D

Picked up decals today for the Leinbach Post Hole Auger

and the Southeast 3-Point Dirt Scoop

Hope to get the decals on the auger this weekend,
and already have the scoop dismantled for re-furbishing.

Will also get going on that this weekend.

Got the auger done......

Just missing a decal for the driveshaft
(coming from a gal at Bush Hog)
since they are all the same.

May start a on stand
before the dirt scoop, otherwise I have to
"Look for a tree to rest my post hole digger up against" :D

Going to steal SkylineAcres16 design http://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28369
with a few mods, design is in process. :D

This is where I am at so far, going to add a support for the tractor end of the boom
and using two 24x24 pallets connected together for a smaller footprint.

I think my forks will still pick it up (only 28"), and still not attached to the bucket,
may need to devise some extensions when I get around to them?

Bill,
I think you have more money in your labeling that I do in all my equipment! ;)

LOL
Actually the printing is pretty cheap when you do the artwork yourself on the computer,
(graphic / sign designer in a previous life)
Also Bush Hog and Rhino were very helpful and provided most of that stuff at no charge.

But it all looks pretty until I start using it. :D

Can I ask if you are construction this tractor shed with steel. Reason I ask is you have an open clear span of 216 inches and a section of 5.75 inches.

No it is all wood construction.
Identical to my wood shed at a previous home, except deeper.

The 5.75" you see is a dual 2x6 header, 18' in length.

This is a work in progress, and I may not go a total of 36' in length.

That's not enough for that span. Steel would be a better choice. It will sag before you know it. If you plan to have that inspected it's unlikely it would pass. Sorry.

Well, the wood shed, built in 98, was still in perfect shape last year when my X sold the house.Thats 18 years, and it is a single header, I am beefing this up due to what is in it, and it will probably be shorter. Add to that less snow load here, I think I will be Okay.

We do not permit or inspect out buildings unless they are for human use, shop garage etc.
