I don't know whether to feel cheated or grateful. We don't have rock here, not even a gravel pit. Sure makes gravel expensive since it has to be transported further.
Don't feel cheated !!! Our soil seems like it is 90% rock and we have deep frost in the winter. Our road was and old logging haul road which I have improved enough from year around use but the deep frost pushed up new rocks. Every spring as the frost comes out and the road settles back down I spend a couple days removing rocks, all sizes. I have been doing this for 25 years and it doesn't slow down.

Had a break in the weather today and decided to cut down some more trees and cut up the logs I had gathered last week. It was a bit awkward cutting them up on the pallet forks but I managed, no pinched bar! I had 7-8 buckets load of firewood that I'm dumped at the end of my driveway for free haha.

I am surprised how much I can shove in that 66 inch bucket.

I got it all done before it started to downpour, it was a little damp and may have made a few ruts here and there but nothing I can't fix, I don't live on a golf course or in a HOA community lol. Soon as I parked the tractor back in the garage, it started to pour! Good timing again.

Did make a little short video pulling down a tree that split.

Ran both tractors today. I used the MX to move two pallets of bags of what were dry concrete mix, but now solid blocks. Then I flipped the back wall over of the collapsed barn so that I can pull off the sheet metal siding and take the wall apart. I'm starting to put more effort into clearing the area where the new pole barn will go. I'll have to do some grading for sure and haven't figured out if I want to pull dirt out or move dirt in.

Spent a few hours moving dirt off the second driveway with the M this afternoon. The dirt pile is getting bigger by the day.

That’s a pretty healthy upgrade. Congratulations!

Did you add any add ons or implements?

Machine and Barn both look great!👍
I kept my tiller and pallet forks... I was quoted for a finish mower, but at that price, I buy one used. I'll upgrade to a larger used box blade or land plane, with a brush hog later on...

Just to be clear - The frost doesn't push them up out of the road like that. I go along and tip them up with the tooth-bar then turn around and pick them out with the grapple.

I moved some of the cull logs I got from a local logger (I use to work for him), one of the logs was 163" long and 20" across on the big end. I wasn't able to lift this it, but was able to curl it up. I had to move it a little over 2/10 of a mile, I took it really slow. I don't think I will do anything like that again.
