Thinking of getting a Kubota with belly mower; my yard in bumpy, lots of low and high spots; hows the belly mower do on yard like that?
Currently i use a finish mower for back 3 acres and riding mowers for the front lots of trees too,
I have 3 riding mowers 38”54”60” and finish mower is 72”
Old tractor pulls it and ny rtr1250 but is dying

Any advice is appreciated, thought about zero turn can’t pull my tiller and have the one free and other
Two riding already

Thanks,
Jim

There's no real reason it would do differently than your riding mowers at 60" would do. Are you looking at a Kubota with a suspended deck or a ground contact deck? I think you'd get different outcomes depending on which. In the new Kubotas the B2601 (and BX) are suspended, the LX is ground contact. I'm not sure which are which in the older models.

Thanks, i’ll research some more on that info
Bx23xx and bx26xx and a b2910 are my top 3 now
Old 38” yard machine goes over bumpy area no problem, newer 54” Husquvarna gets stuck at similar cutting height, the 3rd 54” riding mower am putting back together

I recently bought a LX3310 cab with the 72" MMM. My land is pretty rough and so far the MMM is working okay on it. I am kind of surprised since the gauge wheels it rides on are half the diameter of the wheels on my finish mower. Time will tell if it holds up though.

The small frame of the LX3310 makes for a very rough ride and I have to go pretty slow to endure it. The noise level in the LX3310 with cruise control engaged is deafening so I have to wear hearing protection. The normal hydro whine is tolerable without the cruise control engaged. Go Figure?
