Could someone give me an idea of how much a temp. gauge would cost to install and how hard it is? If you don't have one, would a tractor just started dumping water or what? What immediate damage is done or is it minimal once it cools down. Seems like this might be a gauge to have. Thanks

On your B7100 - it is an easy ordeal - I'd buy a new upper radiator hose (you dont have to - but I did!:D) and then a T adapter :

here is a thread on it :

total cost was about 50 bucks or so.

YOU should have a whistle on your overflow pipe - if not then YES it will dump water, and then is after it has got too hot!
BUT it will dump a little water IF you overfill the radiator too - about an inch below the top will do it.:)
