Beautiful looking machine!
The problem you may have is finding a cash buyer.
Most buyers will need or want financing.

Good luck with your sale.

I've looked at B2601 tractors a couple times in recent years.

It can't get any cleaner or nicer looking than that!! Somebody will be very happy with your sale!!!
Hopefully it won't take long.

A neighbor is looking for such a rig. But you're a might bit far from North Dakota for a weekend trip to pick it up.

That's too bad we're so far apart then. I've never been to North Dakota, but always wanted to, along with a bunch of other places across the US.

It doesn't cost anything to find out what shipping costs. Ask a broker and compare cost to what a freight company says. Brokers deal with small companies and owner/operators. You might be surprised what a trucker facing a deadhead will move a tractor from Va. to Omaha or other location closer to ND for.

Your tractor and accessories are exactly in the condition I enjoy buying used. A question for the OP, hopefully for you there isn,t 30 % depreciation as soon as your tractor was driven off the lot like automobiles. If you don,t mind me asking, why have your needs changed ? Since your needs have changed, are you still going to need a tractor set-up of some kind ? If so, does your Kubota dealer have what you need ? Surely they would treat you fairly and take back all your Kubota stuff you purchased from them if you were to trade it in on something else they would sell you. If your Kubota dealer doesn,t have what you need, would they be willing to buy it all back at a slight discount from your purchase price ?

What, with 1.1 hours on the hour meter? 😂 When I bought my first new Kubota form the local dealer here, a BX25, it had something like 13 hours on the hour meter. The next three, also new, all had significantly less hours on them when I bought them. I seem to recall that the last two had 1.5 hours or less on them.

2016 BX25 - 13.0 hours
2021 MX6000 - 2.7 hours
2021 MX6000 - 1.5 hours
2022 M6060 - 1.1 hours

Somebody is going to get a nice machine.

In our parts advertising mid week would be sure to get you a dozen people coming out to take a serious look at such a setup. Top shelf products in good shape are always in demand. In Canada local banks and credit unions finance tractors all the time. Dealer / KTAC financing is probably very small percent.

IMHO hold firm for a fair price. Although no longer direct from a dealer it still has almost all the full value and any dealer here would still be happy to warranty, service, sell the new owner maintenance stuff.

Sometimes money is more important than the asset, and in this case the Kubota. I think the dealer would work with me if I asked to trade it on another machine, but in this case I'll deal with acquiring another machine another time. With that said, I assume the dealer would buy it for bottom dollar wholesale, which might be worse than a 30% hit. I haven't asked.
Realistically, the advertised price I'm asking is already a 30% discount between a new machine equally equipped, plus tax, plus Kubota insurance that's required if it's financed through them.

You'll get some "shoppers," I'm sure. Especially in your area, if it's near the more suburban area west of DC.

Just need to separate the hay from the chaff....(farmer phrase - if you aren't familiar bet you can figure it out ;)).

Honestly, if you were closer I would have been interested two hours ago.

Both of our vehicles are overdue for replacement for us. We generally replace 5-6 years. Now at 7.5 with COVID availability, interest rates, etc. NYS winters are tough on cars/trucks.

Vehicle shopping (online) this afternoon earlier.

With escalations, coupled with impending tariffs, etc., the prospect is disconcerting...

It sounds like the reputation of the Northern Virginia suburbanite areas are well known. Well deserved I might add.

I never put much thought into the effects tariffs would have on Kubota's. They're comprised of components from around the globe, so it's a valid concern. Do you think they will cause substantial price increases?

I didn,t realize your asking price was already discounted by 30 Percent. Would the dealer be kind enough to sell it on consignment for you ?
I'm not sure honestly. I didn't ask. Before advertising the tractor and deciding on what I think is a fair price, I submitted online requests for quotes from three dealers within 100 miles. They varied between 27,500 to $28,500 for the tractor, loader, bucket, and mower. None of the quotes included third functions, rear remotes, or some of the other things this tractor has, which add up to about $2,500+.
All in all, the prices quoted exclude 6% VA sales tax and KATC insurance, that's required to finance it through Kubota, unless you have aother provider that covers all Kubota's requirements. Tax here equals about $1,600, then insurance is about $2,500 for a 60 month note.
