Selling a B4200 4WD, mower, leaf vacuum

Hi guys,

My sister's husband is very ill and she has asked me to sell his 1989 B4200. It has an undermount mower and a pull behind leaf vacuum with separate motor and trailer. I am going over it now and it looks like its in very nice condition. He used it only to cut his lawn.
I have a buyer next door but I don't know what to ask for everything. Thinking $6,000. Any input would help. I have a B6000 I have owned since 1974 or I would buy it myself.

Looking that model up - looks a lot like the B6100-B7100 series of the era.
It is a little lighter, 2 cylinder, less powered that it's cousins too.

Not sure what the power bagger runs, and how many hours on the old girl - but 6K might be at the upper side of selling.
