I have an older ('07?) RTV900 that I recently had a full service done. After a few hours of running, I have a warning light that came on in the dash, below speedo/temp gauge ... I have checked all the fluids levels and all seem fine.

Any of you with RTV900 have a service manual or know what this light is trying to tell me???

According to Kubota RTV X900 Operator manual that is Kubota's "universal" symbol for low engine oil pressure, see HERE, left column sixth one up from bottom. You can download a PDF of the RTV 900 WSM HERE

EDIT: Found in RTV 900 WSM PDF page 339.

thanks! Now to figure out what might have caused that to come on ... grrrr.

Would there be anything that the dealer did while doing fluid replacement that might have caused that? maybe just a sensor or the oil pressure switch?

I hate troubleshooting gremlins that show up shortly after someone worked on something

edit: oh yeah, thanks for the links, I have been Googling trying to find that shop manual without success.

Look in the WSM I linked to on PDF page 89 and 344 troubleshooting charts for low oil pressure and oil pressure lamp lights with engine running, lists a bunch of probable causes.

thanks again wgator!!! I just find it odd that this happened within an hour of run time from when the dealer did a full fluid service. It may be going back to them to resolve but I will trouble shoot based on the WSM to see if I can find what's going on ... this is greatly appreciated! Especially the link to the manual.

Look for a wire for the oil pressure switch that may have come off and is grounding on something thus turning on the light.

Do NOT run it until this is solved!!!
