Sure. Buy a Kawasaki Mule.

(Kubota limits their RTV’s speed because of the engineered suspension required safety-margin. Some regions have regulatory restrictions they must meet.)

I don't know.....the Mule I had was limited to 25mph.

I'm sure there is someone selling a device that will remove the limiter. I'd be a little hesitant because you could easily over-rev the engine.

From what I've read here, getting the gas INTO the cylinders and OUT of the oil sump will help. They seem to have a 'problem' engine.
Really though , if you can go faster than 25MPH off-road, use your 'daily driver' as you must be driving on a pretty good road.
The easy way (well for me ),if you're a bit computer savvy, reprogram the limits in the ECU ( the 'computer' ).
Hard way, install an 'under drive' unit.

”Mules” have different models… Ours runs almost 50 mph. It has fantastic suspension…but I consider that speed a roll-over hazard. I don’t recall how…but my son has programmed a “speed limit” into it which limits it to 25 mph for when HIS son…my grandson… drives it. (maybe that’s a factory option…? maybe yours is inadvertently “set”….??)
