So presumably the joystick buttons are maimtained. Whats the advantage of having the switches on the joystick over the switch box?

Dan
The buttons are momentary i.e. hold a button down and move the lever to move the piston. I opted for four momentary switches in the diamond pattern since this makes the most sense to me and my intended use. I chose not to have the optional trigger on the front of the grip. Here's a photo of the control grip that I bought.

Thats a two hand operation? Right on the joystick button and left operating the remote.?

Dan
One hand (see photo above). Hold a button down as you move the remote lever forward or backwards.

I guess I misunderstood. I thought the handlecwas hoing on the loader joystick. You are putting the handle on the remote valve lever?

Dan
Yes. On the remote lever.

My specific application is for a Buhler/Farm King rear hydraulic blade. It currently has three cylinders for boom, angle and tilt. I want to add a fourth cylinder for gauge wheels (that I'll fabricate). The idea of the four button control grip is that I can control all four cylinders from the one lever by pushing one of the four buttons and moving the lever. I hope that makes sense. All four cylinders would be connected to the multiplier. The other two remotes could be connected to the top-n-tilt cylinders.

I see.
