More accurately attempt to start an argument. Newbie doesn't realize it's OIL we ague over NOT OIL FILTERS.Is this a trick question? Just buy one from any Kubota dealer...
The Amazon link Wolfman posted is from Cutler's. They are a brick & mortar Kubota / Artic Cat / Suzuki dealer out of Orem Utah. Highly unlikely they would sell fakes.I don't trust Amazon on this. Too many fakes are out there.
Stick it to the man, stop wasting money on things like oil and filters.Hoping to get recommendations for an oil filter for a BX1500.
Thank you for your reply. I am trying to prevent a 70 mile round trip to the closest Kubota dealer. I am sure my local auto parts store does not carry Kubota parts, so I am trying to find a good quality alternative.More accurately attempt to start an argument. Thank you for your reply. I have purchased parts from Messicks in the past. They are a great company. I have owned my tractor for about 19 yrs. I have purchased filters and oil from the dealer in the past. Last year I needed a new radiator cap and went to the dealer. When I was told a new cap was $53.00 I decided to check my local auto parts store. They had one for about $9.00. I would rather use good quality alternate parts rather than be over charged. Thank you again for your help.To avoid a 140-mile round trip, I’d gladly pay the shipping from Messicks or Coleman for an oil filter.
I can normally get parts from my local dealer for about the same price as them (minus shipping). I drive by my local dealer many times per week, so for me the dealer is more convenient.
But there’s been a few times it was simply more convenient to have something delivered to my door….
Don’t recall what I ordered, but a couple times it was worth it. I try to keep spares of all filters/fluids on the shelf.

Problem is, if it ships and sold through AMzone they could switch it for another more readily available piece. The link posted is not, but I'm just saying this to male others aware. The Amazon link Wolfman posted is from Cutler's. They are a brick & mortar Kubota / Artic Cat / Suzuki dealer out of Orem Utah.
