I need the timing specs for the B7800 fuel injection. Anyone out there with the factory shop manual that can look them up? Thanks

Thanks Vic!

Which of the two 1505 specs is the B7800? I want to use the B7800 timing specs on my B3200. I want to see if it lessens the vibration at 2100 RPM. Thanks, Chris

Will you please let us know the results of the change. Also let us know what the timing is on your 3200.
Thanks

I bought the WSM for my B3200 and they call for 16-18 degrees BTC. The specs for the B7800 that Vic gave me are 12-14degrees BTC. I am thinking that the more advanced timing that the B3200 shows could be the issue. I know that from the diesel VW's, Mercedes and Cummins 5.9 engines I have done pump timing on that the more advance you put into the pump timing, the more they rattle.
I will check mine in the next month and report to you guys. I will check it first before I do anything to see if it is within specs first. I want to get the shims first before I do anything. Kubota has three different thickness of shims to set the pump timing. You add to the total thickness of the shims to retard the timing and remove total thickness to advance the timing.

I know this is an older thread, but I've got a B3200 that I would like to adjust the timing on too. Any updates on how it worked out and did you need to advance or retard the timing?

Thanks!

I never got around to trying the different timing on my B3200. Last year (2013) was real busy and intense for me and my family so I just didn't get to it. I think though that the timing retarded a few degrees might just do it. The B3200, for my usage, has plenty of power running it at or below 2000 rpm.
