My M6030 fuel Solenoid leaks a small amount when running. Seems to drip out the end where the wire comes out. Fire is of course my biggest concern as it’s a very small amount of fuel. Any this on changing the o-ring and taking off the solenoid? Is it a special o-ring. Can I get one at parts store?it’s the orange wire going to the back.

Fire from just diesel fuel leak is really rare, but add some debris then it becomes a real concern.
If fuel is leaking out between the body of the solenoid and the wire, then yes the solenoid is bad and will need to be replaced.

Here is one at the best price I can find, and it has the O-ring with it.

Thank you for the great reply. Could it just be an o-ring? Or the whole solenoid can leak and not an o-ring in it can be replaced?
Also I believe there is an o-ring needed with the solenoid. Does not show it comes with the solenoid. I’ll look at getting it unless you got a link for the correct one.

Ok wolf man I have another question for you. I change the hydraulic filter and while cleaning up the dash and solving my tachometer issue I replaced some burnt out bulbs on my dash warning lights and my Hydraulic warning light is staying on. If this is a sensor issue. Is the sensor on top of the transmission?see pictures. It seems like everything is working fine with the transmission and I read a blog comment that they fail on? Also wondering if it’s ready to much transmission/hydraulic fluid as it is above the full level.

The fuel solenoid should be as simple as unscrewing the old and screwing in the new one, just don't over tighten it.
They call that switch that you posted the starter switch.

I do believe the switch / sensor you need to look at would be here, #180
BTW #170 is the hydraulic temp switch/sensor.

Ok. I thought that was the gear/starter

I thought that was the starter gear switch. But I cannot find one on the filter/pump area like in the schematic? Nor anywhere else.is the knob looking thing on the filter case the sensor with a wire broke off? I can’t find a loose wire? See picture.

The sending unit without the wire is the temp sensor.
Look here for the wire (RED).
Look at the front for the other, pressure sensor (BLUE).

Ok. Thanks. How important is it those are replaced? Iv had the tractor for years and none were ever working. The only reason I even knew was that I replaced the bulb!

Up to you, if they are not a real issue to you, pull the bulb back out and carry on! 😁

I’m trying to find the wires for the hydraulic pump but can’t find the broken ones. Do you have a link to a schematic of wire code colors for the M6030DT?
I don't have the WSM or the wiring diagram for that model.
Let me look around for it.
