Hello fellow Orange users.

I just wanted to post that I just bought a nice B6100D.

Everything works.

Has 6,792 hours.

Has a rebuild engine with 200 hours on it.

It runs great.

I am so glad I bought it.

Great to be here.

Welcome, & congratulations! I like the big, round, side mounted headlights- kinda gives it an old school, farm tractor look.

Thanks Eric and Lil Foot.

I have wanted a B5100 or a B6100 for some time now.

Everytime I find one, its already sold.

I found this one about 75 miles from me.

I work 3:30 pm - 4 am Mon - Fri and 11 am - 5:30 pm on Saturdays.

Its hard to do anything, especially go look at tractors.

I contacted the owner and they brought it to me. If I didn't like it, I'd just have to give some gas money.

I was sent several photos and a video.

I knew I wanted it after seeing them.

I want to put in the original headlights. I don't like the side lights. Not original.

I'm not sure if you can still get them, but they are $66 each.

But never the less, I enjoy my first Orange.

To make it better, all the other Oranges I looked at, they were 2 WD.

This one is 4 WD, so it was worth the wait.

I love the way the diesel talks. The diesel clatter. :)

I looked at a AC 5015. I hated it. It was as quiet as a gas engine. Its made in Japan, but I'm not sure who made it.

Thanks again guys.

I'm glad to be here.

I know what you mean wanting it to be all original...... just don't expect much light from the stock headlights...... they are pretty anemic.

She doesn't have to show the way. She just gets driven around. She won't have to work no more. I have several Cub Cadets (108, 109, 122, etc), Wheelhorse's, Case's, Farmall's, Massey Ferguson's. I just take them out a few times a month. They just get driven around. None do work anymore.

I use Amsoil in everything. I also use Amsoil, Toyota Red or Mercedes coolant with distilled water.

I also have several collector cars.

They are washed with distilled water. I'm that "crazy" about my toys :D

The B6100D is a good choice. Mine has some 3500 hours on it. I really like it. I have owned it since Sept. last year.
Your choice of buying 4WD will pay off. Good luck!

Hi Buse

I do love the tractor.

I just got back from running it.

I had a guy jogging by tell me it sounds sick.

I'm like, its running great! It's a diesel.

I am glad it has 4 WD

I'm so glad I waited.

Quite impressive Sir. I take it the Kubota you have was just something you wanted to add to the collection?
