First time tractor owner , bought the used tractor at 550 hours. Is $960 a heavy price?

Does it include the engine oil change or only transmission oil ?

I am wondering about hydraulic oil too ? is it separate?

You should post what was done, or better, the actual invoice(black out your address info of course ).
That way we can SEE what parts were bought, hrly rate, etc.
